Card for a Friend

Vandaag heb ik weer een Magnolia kaartje voor jullie dames.
Deze is gemaakt met het stempeltje 'Sweet Tilda'. Het papier dat ik gebruikt heb is weer van DCWV, 'Linen Closet'.
Ik blijf dit toch super mooi papier vinden in mooie kleurtjes.
Verder een randpons van Martha Stewart gebruikt. De vlinder is eveneens een pons van MS. De swirl is een Doohickey van Magnolia.
De swirl in de rechterhoek is een malletje van Sizzix.

Today I have a new Magnolia card for you ladies. This one is with the stamp 'Sweet Tilda'. The papers I used are from DCWV 'Linen Closet'. Still love it because of the colors and patterns.
I used a edger punch of Martha Stewart. And the lovely butterfly is also a punch of MS.
The swirl is a Doohickey from Magnolia. The swirl in the right corner is a die from Sizzix.

De bloemen gebruikt op de kaart zijn van Wild Orchid Crafts. HobbyVision heeft nu ook een grote sortering op voorraad. Op alle bloemetjes zit Stickels, Stardust.

The flowers used on the card are from Wild Orchid Crafts. HobbyVision has now a big sorting of those lovely flowers! On all the flowers I put Stickels, Stardust as usual.

De tag is ook een Doohickey van Magnolia, 'Vintage Tag'. Het gebruikte stempeltje komt uit een setje van Kaiserkraft.

Spaghetti head!!??

Als je eten gekookt hebt en je hebt nog een klein beetje spaghetti over wat je eigenlijk niet kunt bewaren .... Wat doe je daar dan mee .......
Juist! ...... je drapeert het op het hoofd van je hond!!!!  Tuurlijk! Doet toch iedereen!
En als je dan ook nog een hond hebt die braaf blijft zitten en alleen eens een keer langs z'n lippen likt .... zo van, wat ruikt het toch lekker om m'n hoofd  .... vindt je het dan gek? Logisch toch ....

Exactly! .......... You drape it on the head of your dog!!!! Ofcourse! Everybody does it!
And if you have a dog who obediently sits still and only licks his lips ...... thinking, what lovely smell this is around my head! ........ is this crazy then! Ofcourse not .... it's logical!Poor dog|

Goedenavond dames, daar ben ik weer met een kaartje voor jullie.
In het kader van de vakanties heb ik er vandaag eentje met een digistempel van Mo's, 'Little Umbrella'. Als je nog geen vakantiegevoel hebt, krijg je het toch van deze lieftallige dame! Lol.
Het papier dat ik gebruikt heb is een paperpadje van Kaiserkraft, 'Shaken not Stirred'.
De tekststempel is een digi van Sandra en kun je hier kopen. Het tekststempeltje uitgestanst met een ronde Nestabilitie.
Verder een Doohickey swirl van Magnolia gebruikt.
De bloemen zijn van Prima en de roosjes van Wild Orchid Crafts. De zwarte bloem met het glittersteentje er in, weet ik niet van welk merk deze is.
Nog een strik van organza lint met een glitter splitpen er door; wat Stickels Stardust op de bloemetjes en ze is klaar voor de zomer!

All I Want For Christmas ...

Vandaag heb ik voor jullie een kerstkaartje dames! In juli ik weet het, maar deze digistempel van Mo's is zo leuk!
En bij de club van Tiets doe ik toch mee aan de kerstkaartenactie dus dat komt mooi uit. Je 'moet' dan elke maand 4 kerstkaartjes maken en in december 6. Je hebt dan aan het eind van het jaar een album met 50 kerstkaartjes. En dat is wel fijn, geen gehaast met kerstkaartjes!
Zoals gezegd is dit een digi stempel van Mo's en wel 'Santa's Hat'. Dit is een meisje en er is ook een versie van een jongetje.
Het papier dat ik gebruikt heb is een oudje, SEI, 'Wintersong'; deze blijft mooi!
De randpons die ik gebruikt heb is van Martha Stewart, 'Snow Flurry'. De sterretjes zijn een malletje van Die-namics, 'Stacking Stars'.
De bontrand van de must heb ik met Fun Flock gedaan.
Langs de rand van het stempelafdrukje en de tekst wat Stickels, Stardust gedaan. Verder nog wat plaksteentjes, een lintje en wat knoopjes en mijn kaartje is klaar.

Today I have a Christmas card for you ladies. I know, it's July, but this cute little digi stamp from Mo's I couldn't resist!
And it's handy because at the card making club of Tiets we have a challenge to make every month 4 Christmas cards and in December 6. So the end of the year you have 50 cards in your album. So not so much Christmas rush at the end of the year!
As I said, this is a card with the adorable digi stamp 'Santa's Hat' from Mo's. There is also a boys version.
The papers I used are old ones from SEI, 'Wintersong'. I still love them.
The edger punch is from Martha Stewart, 'Snow Flurry'. The little stars are a die from Die-namics, 'Stacking Stars'.
The fur from the hat I did with Fun Flock. Love the effect!
Along the edge of the stamp and the sentiment I put Stickels, Stardust. Some rhinestones, ribbon and buttons, and my card is finished!

Goedenavond dames. Eindelijk weer een berichtje met een kaartje van mij. Ik had de laatste 2 weken niet zo veel puf om m'n blog bij te houden. Dit heeft meer te maken met mijn werk waar het allemaal niet zo geweldig loopt. Hoogstwaarschijnlijk gaat de instelling waar ik werk, volgend jaar sluiten. Dit zou betekenen dat ik dan geen werk meer heb na daar 30 jaar gewerkt te hebben. Maar goed, ik hoop dat het  nog een tijdje duurt...
Terug naar mijn kaartje. Dit keer eentje met een digistempel van Kenny Kiernan en gemaakt voor de Anything Goes Challenge voor de 1e verjaardag met Blog Hop. Je kunt geweldige prijzen winnen en  je hebt nog 7 dagen de tijd!
Deze digistempel is 'Showgirl' en is ze niet sexy!
Het papier dat ik gebruikt heb is van Kaiserkraft, 'Tea at Elsie's' collectie.
Het tekststempeltje is een digi van Sandra en kun je hier kopen. Heb deze daarna uitgestanst met een ronde Nestabilitie.
De roosjes en cherry blossom zijn van Wild Orchid Crafts. De hydrangea van Prima.
Voor de bling heb ik Stickels, Stardust en Orange gebruikt.
Verder heb ik de kaart vrij eenvoudig gehouden aangezien ik deze voor m'n zwager zijn verjaardag gebruikt heb.

Goodevenening ladies. Happy to be back again. Things were a little bit on the down side. Two weeks ago I heard at my job that the institution were I work, will close between now and a year. So this means I probably won't have a job anymore in a year. And after working there for 30 years, I felt a little bit lost ... But I try to straighten my shoulders, head up and go on.
In the mean time I managed to make some cards (still love it!) and now I like to work on my blog again.

A Fairy Happy Birthday To You

 Goedemiddag dames daar ben ik weer met een kaartje. Het is hier een beetje somber weer en kil. Dus lekker freubel weer.
Dit is weer een elf van Sara Burrier van Crafts and Me. Deze elf heet 'Forest Friend' en was ook weer erg leuk om te kleuren.
Het papier dat ik gebruikt heb is van Pion Design, 'Fairytale of Spring'. Mooi papier in poederachtige tinten.
De randpons die ik gebruikt heb is van Fiskars, 'Apron Lace'. De hoekjes van het stempelafdrukje heb ik met een hoekponsje van EK-Succes gedaan.
Op de hele kaart heb ik Glimmermist, 'Pearl' gespoten. Dit is op de foto helaas wat minder te zien.

The edger punch I used is from Fiskars, 'Apron Lace'. The little corners I cut off from the stamp image is a punch from EK-Succes.
On the whole card I spritzed Glimmermist, 'Pearl'. This is always hard to see on the photo's. That's a pitty.

Het kleine knoopje is van Papermania.
